Myticas Consulting is actively seeking a Pharmaceutical Technical Program Manager to join our team for a hybrid contract position.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a robust background in the pharmaceutical sector to lead and manage pivotal projects within our organization. The primary role involves aligning business goals with the execution of intricate technical initiatives, such as the development or enhancement of technical capabilities, integration, and data migration. The successful candidate will merge technical knowledge with strategic insight and project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with stakeholders to outline project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans and timelines that incorporate significant milestones and technical dependencies.
  • Project Leadership: Direct cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that encompass multiple solutions within Patient Services.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate substantial experience in managing programs utilizing various technologies and guide engineering teams throughout the planning and execution phases.
  • Risk Management: Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation strategies. Proactively tackle technical challenges to maintain project momentum.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources across projects. Monitor and report on resource utilization to ensure maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communication: Foster communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide consistent updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards in deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and pursue opportunities for process enhancements within project management frameworks, driving initiatives to boost project delivery and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management within the pharmaceutical field is preferred, with a proven history of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, capable of generating and optimizing key metrics related to program management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in addressing technical challenges and resolving conflicts within project teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
