  • Communication: Foster communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide consistent updates regarding project status, milestones, and risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards in deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within project management frameworks to enhance project delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating technical challenges and resolving team conflicts.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
