Myticas Consulting is currently seeking a highly qualified Technical Program Manager specializing in the pharmaceutical sector for a hybrid contract role. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency and strategic oversight to lead essential projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to outline project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Formulate detailed project plans and timelines that incorporate significant milestones and technical interdependencies.
- Project Leadership: Direct cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects that encompass multiple solutions within Patient Services.
- Technical Expertise: Possess substantial experience in managing programs utilizing diverse technologies (e.g., Salesforce, PBI, Snowflake) and guide engineering teams through the planning and execution phases of agile or hybrid projects.
- Risk Management: Recognize potential project risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Address technical challenges proactively to ensure project timelines are maintained.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources across various projects. Monitor and report on resource utilization to ensure productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Communication: Foster communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide consistent updates regarding project status, milestones, and risks.
- Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance protocols to uphold high standards in deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization within project management frameworks to enhance project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating technical challenges and resolving team conflicts.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
