Position Title: Clinic Director

Role Summary: The Clinic Director is tasked with overseeing the administration of intravenous vitamin therapies for outpatient clients while providing clinical guidance and education to both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor client treatments, ensuring a seamless experience from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, therapy services, and treatment responses.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
  • Participate in the recruitment and development of team members.
  • Provide training and education to staff on best practices and client engagement.
  • Inspire and motivate staff to achieve productivity aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Foster a culture of trust and respect among team members and clients.
  • Evaluate and document staff performance in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting and professional development.
  • Identify and nurture high-performing employees by assigning additional responsibilities that enhance overall clinic profitability.
  • Promote a positive work environment through motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Assist in resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Complete training related to nutrition infusion therapies.
  • Uphold and exemplify standards of ethical behavior and workplace culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification: Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid license required.

Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and understanding of Anatomy and Medical Terminology.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Vascular Access or Infusion, along with 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication abilities, customer service orientation, leadership, multitasking, training proficiency, self-motivation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, hear average conversations, and perform repetitive motions such as typing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform various physical activities.

Working Conditions: The role involves eight to ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work in a climate-controlled clinic environment.

Mental Requirements: Strong reasoning and numeric abilities, with the capacity to interpret medical documents and communicate effectively.
