Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an infusion setting.
