Position Title: Clinic Director
Role Summary: The Clinic Director is tasked with overseeing the administration of intravenous vitamin therapies for outpatient clients, while also providing clinical guidance and education to both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess client treatment and well-being, including initiating IVs, managing fluid administration, and ensuring comprehensive client care throughout their treatment journey.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, therapy services, assessments, and treatment responses.
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in recruitment processes, including selection and staff development.
- Educate and train staff on proper procedures and client care practices.
- Inspire and motivate staff to enhance productivity and align with corporate objectives.
- Foster a culture of trust and respect among team members and clients.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with HR.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, coaching, and career advancement.
- Identify and nurture high-performing employees by delegating additional responsibilities that contribute to overall clinic profitability.
- Encourage a positive work environment through enthusiasm and commitment.
- Assist in resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Complete training in nutrition infusion therapies.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Associate's Degree in Nursing or completion of an Accredited Paramedic Program; current and valid license required.
Required Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, Anatomy, Medical Terminology, and Medical Practice Functions.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Vascular Access or Infusion Experience; at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Skills/Abilities: Attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, customer service, patient confidentiality, applied leadership, multitasking, excellent training skills, self-motivation, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, time management, resilience, organization, and flexibility.
Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, hear average conversations, perform repetitive motions, and possess dexterity for typing and using a mouse. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and 100 pounds with assistance, and stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods.
Working Conditions: The role involves working eight to ten-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend duties in a climate-controlled clinic environment.
Mental Requirements: Ability to navigate various variables with limited standardization, establish credibility, and make decisive judgments. Strong numerical skills are necessary for basic calculations, and the ability to read and interpret medical documents is essential.
