Position Overview:
Westminster Communities of Florida is in search of a dedicated and experienced Head of Facility Operations to oversee our residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
This pivotal role entails the comprehensive management and upkeep of all physical structures, equipment, and grounds within the community. The incumbent will ensure that all maintenance tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or have between four to ten years of relevant experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with REAC Inspections, as well as knowledge of boiler and chiller systems, will be advantageous.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday. The selected candidate will be required to be on call every other weekend.
Compensation:
The starting pay for this role is competitive.
