Best Buy Health is seeking a Chief Pharmaceutical Sales Strategist to join our Commercial Team and drive awareness and adoption of Current Health solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to build and manage a customer sales funnel, adopt and own the Current Health Selling process, and lead customer demos and presentations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience selling digital, clinical technology solutions to pharmaceutical companies and prior experience directly in a CRO, pharma-focused technology company or a pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a customer sales funnel through creative demand generation efforts targeting Clinical Leadership and Digital Innovation
  • Adequately train customers on Current Health solutions and processes
  • Drive over-plan revenue and customer acquisition performance by identifying customer needs, building business plans, and leading negotiation efforts with identified accounts
  • Accurately forecast revenues within the quarter and year
  • Develop strategic partnerships with prospective and current customers and act as a voice of the customer internally within various departments of Best Buy Health
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
