The successful candidate will work closely with other Competitive Intelligence professionals to surface and present impactful insights about Fidelity's competitors and the evolving landscape in which it competes. With a focus on synthesizing complex information into digestible insights, this role requires strong analytical capabilities, investigative journalist skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

In partnership with key stakeholders, the Intelligent Insights Strategist will analyze internal and external environmental factors, including competitors and disruptors, and recommend strategic actions to proactively address opportunities or risks. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of ownership and be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage various research initiatives, and develop and publish market segment analytics and competitive deep dive analysis.

This is a hybrid role that requires working onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office, but also offers flexibility to work offsite. Fidelity values honesty, integrity, and the safety of its associates and customers within a heavily regulated industry, and certain roles may require background investigations.
