Job Overview

CORE: is a global community of innovators and change makers. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our People & Culture team as a Human Resources Assistant. This role will focus on payroll processing, employee records, and administrative support.


Responsibilities
  • Process weekly payrolls for all partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, garnishments, and tax-related information.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
