Job Title: Night Service Agent
Job Summary:
The Night Service Agent is a key member of the SoHum Mountain Healing Resort team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Front Desk and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the Front Desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on resort activities and events.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to support the efficient operation of the Front Desk.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with guests, staff, and management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Administrative Skills: Basic administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required.
Working Conditions:
The Night Service Agent will work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Compensation:
The Night Service Agent will be compensated at a rate of $19-20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the resort.
