Job Description: Administrative HR Support Professional

We are seeking an Administrative HR Support Professional to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, acting as a key contact for various NAPA stores and other office staff. Key responsibilities include building relationships with NAPA employees, assisting with payroll, communicating with store managers, maintaining HRIS data, and coordinating new hire onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
