Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced HR Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide administrative support for the day-to-day functions within the HR department, serving as a key contact for various NAPA stores and office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH NAPA EMPLOYEES
  • ASSIST WITH PAYROLL PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATION
  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH STORE MANAGERS REGARDING SCHEDULES AND TIMEKEEPING
  • Maintain HRIS data and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • ASSIST WITH BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATE NEW HIRE ONBOARDING PROCESSES
  • PUBLIC POLICY GOVERNING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES PREFERRED
  • ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE OF FEDERAL AND STATE LABOR LAWS AND REGULATIONS
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS

Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
