Human Resources Specialist

At NAPA Auto Parts, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day functions within the HR department, acting as a key contact for various NAPA stores and other office staff. Key responsibilities include building good relationships with NAPA employees, assisting with payroll, communicating with store managers regarding schedules and timekeeping, maintaining HRIS data, and coordinating new hire onboarding.
In addition to these duties, the Human Resources Specialist will also assist with benefits administration and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous human resources experience, preferably with a GED, and a basic understanding of federal and state HR/payroll related laws and regulations.
