Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account expansion strategies and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of busbar technology and its applications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of projects and timely delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather technical requirements and provide accurate project timelines.
  • Proactively identify and address any technical or logistical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical account management within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in busbar technology and its applications. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and propose effective solutions.
