Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the development of sell-out strategies.
  • Expand market share effectively.
  • Lead and inspire the Beauty Consultants (BCs) team.
  • Ensure retail excellence across all significant locations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The perfect candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Travel Retail, Wholesale, or Retail sectors. Essential skills include:

  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • A client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
