KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Collaborating with the Store Manager to oversee all store activities, including sales performance, team development, merchandising, and operational tasks. Mentoring and guiding sales associates on the sales floor while actively contributing to sales targets. Achieving personal sales goals. Managing all point-of-sale transactions and addressing customer service challenges as they arise. Opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail. Strong organizational capabilities. Proficient customer service skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. This role is part-time; therefore, availability for at least three weekdays and one weekend day is essential to meet operational needs.
