KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role encompasses a variety of essential duties, including but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including sales performance, team development, merchandising, and operational tasks.
  • Mentor and guide sales associates in real-time while actively contributing to sales on the sales floor.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store success.
  • Manage all point-of-sale transactions and address customer service inquiries as necessary.
  • Assume responsibility for opening and closing the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service aptitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This position is part-time, requiring availability for at least three weekdays and one weekend day.
