Job Overview

We're seeking a Relationship Banking Specialist to build relationships with clients, engage them through various channels, and provide excellent counsel. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing needs, attending to banking requirements, and recommending solutions tailored to each customer's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Identify solutions for clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating
  • Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital options
  • Provide a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients, processing transactions, and developing partnerships with branch team members

This role involves travel to multiple offices as needed, with the Puritas Office serving as the primary location. National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically three to four years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients
  • Effective engagement and communication with clients
  • Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with digital products and self-service technologies
