Job Summary

We require a Project Oversight Specialist with excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Main Tasks:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
  • Coordinate resource allocation for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors to maintain quality standards
  • Develop strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients and contractors

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in construction management or related fields
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
