Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by promoting our products and services in the field.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $40,456 - $50,752 per year, plus uncapped commission opportunities that can take their earnings up to $71,029 per year. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement program, paid time off, sick leave, paid parental leave, adoption reimbursement, disability benefits, life and accidental death insurance, and employee assistance programs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
+ Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
+ Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers
+ Work independently in the field, with occasional collaboration with colleagues and management
Requirements
+ Previous sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
+ Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
+ Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
