The Senior Quality Monitoring Coordinator at Mount Sinai West plays a pivotal role in supporting the Quality Directors by assisting in the development of presentations, reports, and various quality initiatives. This position is essential for ensuring thorough engagement, compliance, and quality assurance at Mount Sinai West.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Obstetrics and Gynecology Quality Improvement (QI) meetings, managing meeting frameworks and coordinating essential tasks.
  • Oversee patient experience and quality meetings at MSW, including data collection and presenter management.
  • Coordinate meetings for the surgical site infection task force and its subcommittees.
  • Lead initiatives such as MSW Post Discharge Phone Calls, Health Equity and Learning (HEAL) curriculum, and activities of the Patient and Family Advisory Council.
  • Organize and implement events in partnership with the MSH team at MSW.

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a Science or health-related discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience.
    • Background in Obstetrics and Gynecology Administration within the Mount Sinai West context.
    • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating and managing diverse quality-related activities.
