Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Professional to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will be responsible for implementing quality improvement programs across all lines of business, including annual program description, work plan, and annual evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Conduct data analysis to inform quality improvement initiatives and measure their effectiveness
  • Partner with senior quality improvement professionals to deliver high-quality projects and results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior quality improvement experience in healthcare or health insurance
  • Understanding of healthcare quality standards and measures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools
  • Proven analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or CPHQ certification
  • Experience in Medicaid membership and member/provider education
