Job Summary:

The Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across the 988 network of crisis centers. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement and compliance, with experience in managing large-scale projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve the performance of crisis centers
  • Manage and oversee the work of Quality Improvement Specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop proactive quality improvement activities
  • Convene regular program quality improvement meetings to review program outcomes and deliverables
  • Oversee the investigation of claims against crisis centers, including failure to adhere to recommended best practices or mandated policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare or public health
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality improvement and compliance, with a strong background in managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of specialists
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
