Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at 100 Ocean. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk area, including checking in and checking out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to guest rooms.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Process guest payments and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
