  • Collaborating with fellow Territory Managers and the President to achieve shared goals">
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of proven success in on-the-road sales, business development, or territory management">
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills">
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and experience in the jewelry industry (beneficial)">
