Athletic Brewing Company is pioneering a revolution in non-alcoholic craft beer, and we're seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the rapidly growing market of non-alcoholic beverages. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for representing Athletic Brewing's values and mission in the territory, maintaining and cultivating relationships with distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners.
The ideal candidate will have excellent market selling skills, a strong understanding of the beverage industry, and the ability to drive sales volume and distribution in the territory by identifying new opportunities and motivating distributor sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Athletic Brewing's values and mission in the territory.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors, key retail buyers, and other brand partners.
- Drive sales volume and distribution in the territory by identifying new opportunities and motivating distributor sales teams.
- Visit new and existing retail opportunities on a regular basis.
- Perform samplings, activations, and attend events.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the beverage/restaurant industry.
- Cicerone level one completion or similar certification.
- Strong market selling skills and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
