Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Material Handling Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at Toyota Material Handling Systems. As a CSS (Customer Service Solutions) Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company in all aftermarket activities in the Marietta territory.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with all departments within our company. They will also possess strong negotiation skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Attend deliveries of new and used forklifts being shipped within your territory
  • Introduce customers to our company and promote our business solutions
  • Promote Service Programs tailored to match customer needs
  • Promote rental business and fleet management services
Requirements
  • CSS Representatives must possess a clean, safe vehicle for business use
  • Honesty and integrity are essential for this role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to interact with all departments within the company
  • Conflict management and negotiation skills required

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
