About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a growing organization, take ownership of multi-location operations, and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery across multiple locations.
  • Territory and Sales Management: Drive sales growth through territory expansion and oversee sales activities.
  • Team Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff across different locations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, including territory expansion and sales strategy execution. Proven experience in managing operations across multiple locations is essential. A bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
