Position Overview: The role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting executive functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate off-site meetings, which includes managing hotel reservations, dining arrangements, and travel logistics.
  • Provide backup support to the Office Administrator when necessary.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to plan and execute company events, such as holiday parties and team outings.
  • Assist in the organization of holiday gifts and promotional items for the firm.
  • Work closely with administrative personnel and Investor Relations to facilitate the annual investor meeting.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required.
