Administrative Executive

Position Overview: The role encompasses a variety of administrative responsibilities aimed at supporting executive functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings.
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
- Coordinate off-site meetings, which includes managing hotel reservations, dining arrangements, and travel logistics.
- Provide backup support to the Office Administrator when necessary.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to plan and execute company events, such as holiday parties and team outings.
- Assist in the organization of holiday gifts and promotional items for the firm.
- Work closely with administrative personnel and Investor Relations to facilitate the annual investor meeting.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Concur for travel and expense management.
- Willingness to work on-site as required.
