Position Overview:

The Senior Executive Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support to one or more executives within the organization. This position demands a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and a solid grasp of both technical and business terminology, alongside an in-depth understanding of the organization’s functions, protocols, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the executive's calendar and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements to optimize their time management.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and interpret data for the executive to utilize in various documents, including memos, letters, reports, presentations, and public communications.
  • Ensure effective communication flows between the executive and other key stakeholders, including fellow executives, management, staff, and external entities such as clients and media.
  • Possess access to the executive's email accounts for scheduling purposes and to manage routine inquiries from both internal and external sources.
  • Safeguard sensitive information and uphold the confidentiality of the executive's records and documentation.
  • Maintain the executive's office and financial records, overseeing standard expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Execute additional administrative duties utilizing independent judgment and discretion.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Advanced).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Experience in Media, Digital, Advertising, or Consultancy sectors.
Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in travel logistics and schedule management.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in office software.
