We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing one-on-one care and support.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Perform other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current MMR, VAR, and TDAP.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
