Front Office Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Kalahari Resorts Conventions. As a key member of our front office management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the front office management team in providing courteous and efficient service to all guests
  • Be a resource for guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Use our property management system to assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest's folio, and handle payments
  • Work collaboratively with the front office team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide support and guidance to front office staff as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field
  • Proficiency in Windows software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in high-pressure situations and maintain composure
  • Flexibility to work long hours as needed
