Job Title: Night Auditor

Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for checking in guests, handling their requests, and taking reservations. You will also reconcile all accounts and process invoices, ensuring accurate balances of the front desk cash drawers and reporting discrepancies to resort accounting/management.

Responsibilities:
  • Check in guests and handle their requests
  • Take reservations and reconcile accounts
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate balances
  • Work with security to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests
  • Deal with incidents and guest needs during third shift and report to management any resort issues that need to be addressed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Night Auditor or Front Desk in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and resort operations
  • Ability to work independently and overnight
  • Friendly, professional, and calm demeanor
