Sales and Territory Development Representative

The Habegger Corporation in Springfield, IL is seeking a full-time Sales and Territory Development Representative to strengthen existing dealer relationships and recruit new ones.
This HVAC sales role offers a competitive base salary of $75,000, plus an excellent commission structure that can lead to earnings exceeding $150,000 for top performers. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, paid time off, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide quotes for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
- Field customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDFs.
- Knowledge of finance, marketing, and pricing principles.
- A solid understanding of financial statements.
- Sales management aptitude and experience in HVAC or related industries is a plus.
