About the Role

The Habegger Corporation in Springfield, IL is seeking a full-time Sales and Territory Development Representative to strengthen existing dealer relationships and recruit new ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide quotes for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
  • Field customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDFs.
  • Knowledge of finance, marketing, and pricing principles.
  • A solid understanding of financial statements.
  • Sales management aptitude and experience in HVAC or related industries is a plus.
