Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in product merchandising and marketing.
  • Proven success in developing effective landing pages, testing innovative concepts, and analyzing their impact for continuous improvement.
  • Excels in dynamic environments with rapid changes, driven by a commitment to ongoing optimization.
  • Self-motivated and adept at navigating ambiguous and fast-paced situations independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, showcasing technical and product skills to ensure flawless execution.
  • Proactive in managing complex challenges and devising solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on tactical details and objectives.

Core Responsibilities: Oversee the merchandising strategy, inventory selection, execution, optimization, and reporting for marketing landing pages.

  • Design and implement various landing pages that comply with brand, design, and legal standards, utilizing the internal content management system.
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams to adapt global marketing strategies into localized merchandising plans across various regions.
  • Utilize data insights, product features, and technical capabilities to formulate exceptional merchandising strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Serve as a strategic collaborator to identify innovative approaches for improving site and customer experiences through merchandising tactics and product enhancements.
  • Compile data and create detailed reporting presentations that provide valuable performance insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and suggest product improvements.
  • Engage closely with creative, marketing, product, engineering, and data science teams to foster collaboration that yields high-quality, impactful results.
