Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for replenishing merchandise while adhering to all company policies and procedures. The Merchandise Stocking Associate may also be tasked with cashier duties based on the specific staffing requirements of the store.


Utilize your skills, experience, and talents to contribute to something BEAUTIFUL. As a Merchandise Stocking Associate, you will undertake the following essential responsibilities:


  • Assist the Merchandise Manager with daily inventory replenishment, merchandise organization, maintaining store cleanliness, preparing for physical inventory, and ensuring merchandising and visual standards are met.
  • Achieve load processing targets effectively.
  • Manage out-of-stock situations, cycle counts, returns to vendors, returns to distribution centers, product break-ups, and destruction of damaged goods.
  • Set up promotional displays or arrange products on counters or tables to enhance sales and promotional events, ensuring compliance with established merchandising and cleanliness standards.
  • Follow all company policies, standards, and procedures diligently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

High school diploma is preferred.

Experience:

1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is preferred.

Skills:

Demonstrates significant proficiency in sales, products, and customer service.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Prioritizes customer needs above task execution.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Other:

  • Regularly requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.


The pay range for this position is $24.50 per hour. Exact pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business needs.

Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
