Key Responsibilities
- Gather project requirements and specifications based on client needs, including materials, timelines, and budget considerations.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective planning, execution, and communication throughout.
- Guide the project lifecycle from initial concept to final production.
- Procure necessary materials within specified timelines to meet project demands.
- Supervise the manufacturing process to guarantee adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal project costs while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
- Serve as a communication bridge between various departments, including account management, procurement, engineering, and production.
- Perform data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accurate documentation of Bills of Materials (BOM).
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within a manufacturing context is essential.
- Proficient time management and budgeting skills are crucial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to interpret engineering drawings and assist in prototype development.
- Comprehensive understanding of various manufacturing techniques and materials, including acrylic, metal, and wood.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in both office and manufacturing settings as required.
- Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
