Key Competencies:

  • Possesses exceptional technical and product expertise, capable of independently constructing intricate landing pages with precision.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in product merchandising and marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective landing pages, testing innovative concepts, and analyzing outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic environment with a commitment to ongoing assessment and optimization.
  • Self-sufficient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing settings.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence in execution.

Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the merchandising strategy, inventory selection, execution, optimization, and performance reporting for marketing landing pages.

  • Design and implement (build, quality assurance, troubleshoot, launch) diverse landing pages that comply with brand, design, and legal standards across various formats and languages using the internal content management system.
  • Work collaboratively with regional teams and stakeholders to adapt global marketing strategies into localized merchandising initiatives.
  • Utilize data insights, product functionalities, and technical capabilities to formulate top-tier merchandising strategies that enhance conversion rates.
  • Serve as a strategic collaborator to identify innovative approaches for enhancing site and customer experiences through merchandising tactics and product enhancements.
  • Extract data and compile comprehensive reporting presentations with insightful performance analysis for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and propose product improvements.
  • Engage closely with various teams, including creative, paid marketing, email, product, engineering, and data science, to promote collaboration that yields high-quality and impactful results.
