Job Summary:
Pinnacle Services is seeking a full-time Direct Support Professional Lead for our residential sites in Chaska. The Direct Support Professional Lead will assist persons served with developmental disability, mental health diagnoses, and behavioral issues in a residential setting, providing support and encouragement to work towards outcomes/goals to gain life skills.
Responsibilities:
- Meal planning and preparation
- Facilitating community activities using company vehicles
- Assisting with personal and medical cares, including dressing and bathing
- Behavior management
- Medication administration
- Providing administrative support to the Program Manager or Program Director
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or behavior health support needs, preferably in a 245D setting
- Current driver's license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record determined by Pinnacle Services policy
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must successfully pass a background check
Available Locations:
- Chaska
Compensation:
$17.00/hour, evening shifts from 2pm-10pm with flexibility in days of the week.
