Role: Luxury Spa Operations Manager
The ideal candidate thrives in a sophisticated luxury setting where exceptional client experience is paramount. The Luxury Spa Operations Manager will engage directly with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with spa services and staff. This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with strong leadership capabilities, overseeing all facets of spa operations while reporting to the Retail Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, management, and growth of spa operations and personnel.
  • Engage with clients, providing in-depth brand and product knowledge.
  • Conduct interviews, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for all staff; ensure compliance with payroll procedures.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement necessary adjustments while maintaining brand standards.
  • Assist in formulating policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate regular staff meetings to communicate updates on spa policies and strategies for improving sales and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clear guidance and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace, promoting safety awareness among all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven ability to create a motivating and positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Strong social perceptiveness and situational awareness, particularly in a luxury context.
  • Minimum of 5 years in customer service roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory or team management positions.
  • 2+ years of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in skincare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
