Role Description

We are in search of Dual-Licensed Spa Therapists proficient in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. The Equinox Spa is a sensory haven, featuring world-class amenities and a commitment to innovative treatments, including hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies.

Massage Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough analyses and consultations to provide tailored massage treatments in a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Focusing all efforts on ensuring member satisfaction.
  • Administering a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in 25, 50, and 80-minute sessions.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms after each session and at the end of shifts.
Esthetician Responsibilities
  • Performing detailed analyses and consultations to deliver facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
  • Directing all efforts towards enhancing member satisfaction.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid TX Massage Therapy license or certification.
  • A valid Esthetician license.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Specialized training in facial and body waxing.
  • A willingness to develop a practice within our organization while enhancing personal skills and knowledge.
  • Availability for full-time work (part-time opportunities may also be available).
  • Evening and weekend availability is essential.
  • Cross-training in various services such as Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive and energetic demeanor.
  • A dynamic personality conducive to group collaboration.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
