Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual-Licensed Spa Therapist to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and esthetic services to our members.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform massage treatments, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages
  • Provide facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting
  • Direct all efforts towards member satisfaction
  • Ensure that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shift
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Massage Therapy license or certification
  • Valid Esthetician license
  • 1-2 years of experience in the spa industry
  • Specific training in facial and body waxing
  • Ability to develop a practice within our corporation while developing your own skills and knowledge
  • Availability to work full-time (part-time opportunities may also be available)
  • Evening and weekend availability required
  • Cross-trained in multiple services, including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and Reflexology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive energy
  • Dynamic group building personality
  • Computer literacy
