Key Responsibilities:

The Spa Guest Services Coordinator is tasked with managing the reception area and ensuring smooth daily operations of the spa. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, warmly welcoming guests, handling phone inquiries, assisting with service and product questions, scheduling appointments, promoting membership options, checking guests into the system, personalizing massage experiences, and processing payments for services rendered.

  • Deliver exceptional guest service to all individuals, including internal guests.
  • Arrive punctually for your scheduled shifts.
  • Open and close the spa in accordance with established procedures.
  • Accurately manage the booking, modification, and cancellation of massage appointments.
  • Greet and acknowledge every guest upon arrival and departure.
  • Actively promote available services, enhancements, memberships, and retail offers.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding services, enhancements, retail products, cancellation policies, memberships, and parking details.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently for business-related tasks only.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all guest requests, aiming for complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well-stocked, and organized workspace.
  • Develop the ability to work independently and remain at designated posts for extended periods.
  • Uphold a positive demeanor and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings regularly.
  • Assist in various operational areas as directed by management.
