Position Overview


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will possess a sharp eye for identifying talent, a solid understanding of the aesthetics industry, and the capability to oversee the complete recruitment process.

In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting, selecting, and retaining exceptional talent to support our expanding operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Complete Recruitment Cycle:
Oversee all facets of the recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding assistance.


Targeted Candidate Sourcing:
Leverage various platforms to draw in qualified candidates, such as job boards, social media, industry events, and networking opportunities.


Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job specifications and align with our organizational culture.


Collaboration:
Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to comprehend staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.


Talent Pipeline Management:
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates for future vacancies, ensuring a consistent influx of qualified applicants.

Employer Branding:

Enhance our med spa's reputation as an employer of choice through various initiatives and outreach efforts to attract top-tier talent.

Data Management:
Ensure accurate documentation of candidate interactions and recruitment activities utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Compliance Assurance:
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant employment laws and company policies.


Reporting and Analytics:
Produce regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
