Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk activities to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in crafting work schedules for Guest Experience Representatives, ensuring adherence to operational needs.
- Conduct administrative tasks such as daily reporting, managing financial transactions, and maintaining inventory.
- Train staff in guest service protocols and technical duties.
- Engage with guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes while adhering to company policies.
- Manage guest payments and protect sensitive information with utmost care.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Experience:
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is necessary, with supervisory experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and navigate various areas of the hotel.
