As a Front Desk Agent, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and registering guests while efficiently managing their accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests, processing reservations, and performing concierge duties.

- Uphold high grooming standards and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Operate the Front Desk smoothly and address guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Stay knowledgeable about hotel amenities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with professionalism.
- Keep a tidy and organized workspace and assist in other hotel areas as necessary.
