Sales Representative

Nitin Jewelers, NILPA INC. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in our Sunnyvale office. This individual will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell our luxury goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Strategically present our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their key value propositions and functionality.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain close relationships with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
- Progress Tracking: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and our overall market opportunity.
Requirements:
- Language: Hindi, Telegu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Nepali
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Skills: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships, demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals, advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales automation tools and CRM software
- Knowledge of precious metals, stones, and pearls
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales
- Certification in sales or marketing (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
