Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our supplier brands and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary of $41,000 plus Commission and Incentives
  • Sign-On Bonus of $1,500
  • Mileage Reimbursement at 65.5 cents per Business Mile
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee client accounts and establish effective routing strategies for daily visits
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities within each account, presenting customized product solutions
  • Conduct inventory assessments, replenish stock, and train staff on priority brands
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage account receivables
  • Meet sales objectives and merchandising targets through strategic planning
  • Ensure visibility of supplier brands within accounts through effective merchandising practices
  • Assist with new account openings and engage in sales initiatives
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proficient in MS Office and presentation software
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Driver's License, and have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, and use hands and fingers
  • Ability to reach overhead, squat, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds
