Instrumentation Specialist

Job DescriptionAs an Instrumentation Specialist at Pace Life Sciences, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' analytical instrumentation needs. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions and advanced level of instrument support services to customers, including external clients, laboratory chemists, and departmental coworkers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, installation, repair, and performance testing of analytical instrumentation
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot application software
- Provide on-site and remote customer support
- Develop and deliver technical training on analytical systems
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related science
- Equipment service experience, highly preferred
- Experience working with chromatography systems (HPLC, UHPLC, LCMS, GC, GCMS, IC)
- LC/MS or LC/MS/MS experience, preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to travel up to 25 percent
