Business Development Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coach to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through effective leadership and coaching.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and management, with experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance, as well as coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
A successful Business Development Coach will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. You will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 per year, plus a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Our company culture is centered around teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
